BoneFrog Coffee proudly presents The Sisterhood, created to honor the families of the fallen, the spouses, children, and parents of Naval Special Warfare. Their strength and their steady love hold the line at home. This roast is how we honor them. Crafted from La Minita beans, regarded as the top 1 percent of coffee in the world, this light-medium roast is meticulously hand-harvested in the Tarrazú highlands of Costa Rica. The farming is done by hand, with no herbicides and no insecticides, and only ripe cherries are picked. The estate is Rainforest Alliance certified, with a permanent forest preserve set aside on the property. Of every hundred pounds of cherry that enter the mill, only about twenty-three become La Minita. The cup is balanced and clean, with notes of sweet citrus and cocoa and a smooth finish.
