Orders & Account
Subscriptions
Log in to your account and click Manage Subscriptions. Select the subscription you want to pause and choose Pause Subscription, then pick how long you want to pause — up to 3 months. Your subscription will resume automatically on the date you select, or you can reactivate it early any time from the same portal. Pausing keeps all your preferences, pricing, and delivery settings exactly as they are. No need to cancel and restart from scratch.
Log in to your account and click Manage Subscriptions. Find your active subscription and select Skip Next Order. Your shipment will be skipped and your following delivery will process on the rescheduled date automatically. You can skip as many shipments as you need with no penalty. If you have already been charged for an order that has not yet shipped, email us at info@bonefrogcoffee.com with your order number and we will work to resolve it before it goes out.
Your updated frequency takes effect on your next scheduled shipment.
If your next order is being processed soon, make the change at least 3 days in advance to ensure it takes effect in time.
You can also skip an individual shipment or pause your subscription entirely if you need more time between deliveries.
