Big flavor for a light roast, which is the greatest compliment a light roast can ask for! I've brewed this as a pour-over, in a moka pot, and in my espresso maker, and enjoyed all preparations. If I had to pick, I'd say this is the perfect pour-over blend because you get all the complexity without any bitterness. The blend's low acidity is palpable. Once again, Tim and the team at BoneFrog has hit another home run with Lil' Frog.
