How to Swap Your Subscription

Step 1

Click LOGIN

Go to bonefrogcoffee.com and click LOGIN in the top right corner of the page, next to the cart.

Step 2

Choose Manage Subscriptions

A sign in box opens. In the list below the sign in options, click Manage Subscriptions.

Step 3

Request your login link

Type the email address you used to buy your subscription, then click Send Subscription Login Link. We will send a magic link to that email that signs you in instantly.

Step 4

Open the email and sign in

Check your inbox for an email from BoneFrog Coffee with the subject Magic sign-in link for customer portal. Click Click here to sign in.

Please do not share this link with anyone. It expires automatically after 24 hours. If you do not see the email, check your spam or promotions folder.

Step 5

Find your Active Subscriptions

Your Active Subscriptions are listed first. Each card shows your next order date, how often you receive coffee, the coffee you chose, and the price per delivery. Scroll down if you have more than one subscription.

Step 6

Click View details

Click View details on the subscription you want to change. Subscriptions marked Expired are listed under Inactive / Completed Subscriptions, so choose one marked Active.

Step 7

Scroll down to Subscription details

At the top of your subscription page, you will see your status, price, delivery schedule, and next order date, with buttons to Order now, Gift, Skip order, Re-schedule, or Delay. To change your coffee, scroll down the page.

Step 8

Click Edit on your coffee

Under Subscription details, find the coffee you want to change and click the Edit button next to it.

Step 9

Click Swap

The Edit product panel opens on the right. Click Swap to choose a different coffee. (The Update button is for changing options on the same coffee, such as grind or quantity.)

Step 10

Pick your new coffee and Confirm swap

Choose the coffee you want from the Select product list, or type its name in the search box. Each grind is listed separately, for example, BoneFrog Blend 12oz - Whole Bean, French Press, or Pour Over. Then click Confirm swap.

Step 11

Check your new coffee

Your subscription details now show the new coffee, and your 10% subscription discount stays on it. You are all set. Your next order date is shown at the top of the page.
