When will my order be delivered?

Coffee is roasted to order and ships within 2 to 3 business days. Apparel and merch are printed to order and ship within 3 to 7 business days. Once your order leaves us, delivery time depends on the carrier and the shipping method you selected at checkout. We do not control carrier transit times, so your tracking link is the most accurate source for where your package is.

Can I return my coffee?

No. Coffee is a perishable product, so all coffee orders are final and cannot be sent back. The one exception is a problem with the package itself. If your coffee arrives damaged in transit or the packaging failed, email info@bonefrog-coffee.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage and the packaging, and we will make it right.
