Thank you for visiting and shopping at BoneFrog Coffee. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. BoneFrog Coffee ships via FedEx, USPS, and UPS. Delivery times will vary based on your shipping choice. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
BoneFrog Coffee ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
BoneFrog Coffee is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer, including tariffs and taxes.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout, because we ship to the address you provide. If you notice a mistake, email us at info@bonefrog-coffee.com within 24 hours so we can correct it before your order ships.
Once an order has shipped to the address provided, we are not responsible for a package delivered to an incorrect address, and we cannot provide a free replacement.
If the package is returned to us, we will gladly resend it once return shipping is arranged.
We also recommend adding your phone number at checkout, which helps the carrier reach you if there is a delivery problem.
Damages
Once an order leaves our facility, we cannot control how it is handled in transit. If your order arrives damaged, email us at info@bonefrog-coffee.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and the packaging, and we will make it right with a replacement.
Saving the original packaging helps us resolve it faster.
International Shipping Policy
We offer international shipping to Canada and the United Kingdom.
At this time, we do not ship to any other countries. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, including VAT, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.
BoneFrog Coffee is not responsible for these charges if they apply, and they are your responsibility as the customer.
