Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change, skip, pause, or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency you select. Your payment details are stored securely and you are charged for each delivery. The term of your subscription is continuous, so it keeps going until you pause or cancel it.

Managing Your Subscription

Log in to your BoneFrog Coffee account and click Manage Subscriptions. From there you can:

• Change your blend, roast level, grind, or bag size
• Change your delivery frequency
• Update your shipping address or payment method
• Skip your next shipment
• Pause your subscription
• Cancel your subscription

Your order confirmation emails also include a link to your order. If your next order is processing soon, make your changes at least 3 days in advance so they take effect in time.

Skipping a Shipment

Select Skip Next Order. Your shipment is skipped and your following delivery processes on the rescheduled date automatically. You can skip as many shipments as you need with no penalty.

Pausing Your Subscription

Select Pause Subscription and choose how long you want to pause, up to 3 months. Your subscription resumes automatically on the date you select, or you can reactivate it early at any time from the same portal. Pausing keeps your preferences, pricing, and delivery settings exactly as they are, so there is no need to cancel and start over.

Canceling Your Subscription

You can cancel at any time with no cancellation fees. Select Cancel Subscription in your account. If you cancel by email instead, please contact us at least 72 hours before the date you are scheduled to be charged next. Before you cancel, consider pausing or adjusting your frequency if the issue is timing or budget.

Returns and Refunds

Coffee is perishable and cannot be returned. Please see our Return and Refund Policy for full details on returns, exchanges, and refunds.
