How to Redeem
Your Rewards
Points are credited to your account automatically on every coffee order. Here is exactly how to turn them into a discount.
Seven steps. Two minutes.No sign-up required to earn. Points are awarded on every BoneFrog coffee purchase regardless of whether you had an account at the time of purchase. An account is where you go to view your balance and generate your discount code.

Purchase
Make a coffee order
Add any BoneFrog coffee to your cart and complete checkout. Points are credited to your account automatically once your order is confirmed. You do not need to do anything extra at checkout to earn.

Confirmation
Check your email
After your order is confirmed, Rivo sends a points credit notification to the email address on your order. This confirms how many points were added to your balance.
Do not see the email? Check your spam or promotions folder. Add info@bonefrog-coffee.com to your contacts to keep future emails out of spam.

Access
Log into your account
Go to bonefrogcoffee.com and click the account icon at the top right. Enter your email address. A one-time verification code will be sent to your inbox. Enter that code to log in. No password required.
If this is your first time logging in, use the same email address you placed your order with. Your points will already be there.

Balance
Find your points balance
Once logged in, go to the Loyalty Rewards page or look for the Rewards widget on any page of the site. Your current points total is displayed there, along with your tier status and the rewards available at your balance.

Redeem
Choose your reward
The Rewards widget shows all available redemption options based on your current balance. Select the discount amount you want to apply and click Redeem. You will only see options you have enough points to unlock.
Points apply to coffee purchases only. They do not apply to gear, apparel, drinkware, or gift cards.

Code
Copy your discount code
After clicking Redeem, a unique discount code is generated and displayed on screen. Copy it. This code is single-use and tied to your account. Keep it somewhere accessible until you are ready to check out.

Checkout
Apply the code at checkout
Add your coffee to the cart and go to checkout. Look for the field that reads "Discount code or gift card." Paste your rewards code into that field and click Apply. Your discount is reflected in your order total before you complete your purchase.
On mobile, the discount code field appears below the order summary. Scroll down if you do not see it right away.
Important to Know
Three Rules Before You Redeem

Coffee Only
Points earn and redeem on coffee orders only. They do not apply to gear, apparel, drinkware, accessories, or gift cards.

One Discount Per Order
BoneFrog accepts one discount code per checkout. Rewards codes cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount.
03
Points Expire
Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity. At least one purchase or earning action within any 12-month period keeps your balance active.
