I will admit it, I am a connoisseur, or maybe a coffee snob, who loves the rich aroma, ultra-smooth taste, and consistent flavor in every single sip. I’ve spent years seeking fulfillment of these traits and successfully found half a dozen coffees that were pretty darn good in two of the three above categories but none that were truly exceptional, until quite recently.
