Trident Coffee (12 oz)

Honey, citrus, caramel
Medium Roast

Life isn't easy, and it was never meant to be.

The Trident is earned the hard way, through training that forces you to face difficulty, fail, recover, refuse to quit, and succeed. That same reality shapes who we are as Americans. Grit, resilience, strength, and determination are built by doing hard things early and often, until you can carry pressure and keep going when life gets heavy.

The Trident on this bag is an outward expression of that belief. It stands for your strength, your mindset, and your never-quit attitude. Soft living never produced strong people. This coffee is fuel for those who live that standard and raise the next generation the same way.

In the cup. Honey-processed Costa Rican coffee, direct-sourced from a women-owned family farm in Tarrazú. It's the same farm behind Red White Brew and Goat Locker. The cherry is pulped, but the sweet, sticky layer underneath is left on the bean on purpose, then dried slowly on raised beds and turned by hand until those sugars work their way in. It is the demanding way to do it. No honey is added. The name is for the color. Expect caramel and brown sugar, stone fruit and dried fig, a silky body, and more clarity than a natural.

BREW MATH

How Much Coffee Do You Need?

Two scoops per cup. That is the BoneFrog standard. Here is what that means for your household.

1 Scoop 1 tablespoon, approx. 6 to 10g
2 Scoops 2 tablespoons per cup
12 oz bag approx. 22 cups
How long does a bag last at 3 cups per person per day
Drinkers 12 oz 2 lb 5 lb Best choice
1 person 7 days 3 weeks 7 weeks 12 oz, weekly
2 people 3 to 4 days 10 days 3.5 weeks 2 lb, every 2 weeks
3 people 2 to 3 days 7 days 2.5 weeks 5 lb, every 3 weeks
4 or more 2 days 4 to 5 days 12 days 5 lb, every 2 weeks
Example: 1 person, 3 cups a day

A 12 oz bag lasts about one week. Subscribe to 1 bag every week, or 2 bags every 2 weeks to keep a buffer on hand.

Step up to the 2 lb for fewer deliveries. One 2 lb bag carries a single drinker through about 3 weeks.

Two people at 3 cups each: go to the 2 lb on a 2-week subscription. One person, fewer deliveries: 5 lb, every 6 weeks.

Not sure how often to subscribe?

A 12 oz bag lasts about one week for one person at 3 cups a day. Two people go through it in 3 to 4 days.

Match your household to the table above, then subscribe at that interval. When in doubt, go up a size. Running low is the one problem coffee should never give you.
