Operation 300® was founded in honor of Special Operations Chief (SEAL) Aaron Carson Vaughn. Aaron was KIA on August 6th, 2011 when a chopper carrying 30 Americans was shot down in the Tangi River Valley of Afghanistan while rushing into battle. Aaron's story, life, and legacy inspired the creation of Operation 300. The heart of Operation 300 is to take care of the families of our fallen heroes and honor the sacrifice that has been made by their family member in service to our country. Op300’s founding program is Gold Star Kids Camps. The camps provide an opportunity to participate in activities that embody the spirit of adventure that characterized the lives of their absent parent while fostering a culture of courage, strength, freedom, endurance, honor, and Godly morality that has been embodied by fearless Patriots throughout the history of our American Republic.
OPERATION 300® is a full bodied roast with complex and subtle flavors. Earthy undertones with tasting notes of honey, chocolate and vanilla. Non-acidic and with a smooth finish.
Characteristics: Full-bodied/Rustic/Earthy Undertones/Low acidity
Primary origins: Costa Rica/Guatemala/Sumatra
