Subscription FAQs

Change or remove products

To update a product in your order:

  1. Under the product you want to update, click edit product.
  2. You can update quantity, swap, or remove the product.

To Add products:

  1. Click the yellow Manage subscription button
  2. Click add product
  3. Choose your new product and click continue.
  4. Select the quantity and click add product.

*Note: merchandise, gift cards, gift boxes, and Samples can not be added to subscription orders. To purchase these items, please place a separate one-time order.

Skip next order

  1. Click yellow Manage Subscription button
  2. Click Skip upcoming order
  3. Click Skip order

Change next delivery date

  1. Click yellow Manage Subscription button
  2. Click Update next delivery date
  3. Click the calendar and choose a new date
  4. Click update next delivery

Add a coupon code

  1. Under Subtotal, click Discount code.
  2. Enter your coupon code in the box.
  3. Click apply.

Update shipping address

  1. Click yellow Manage Subscription button
  2. Click Update shipping address
  3. Edit your address, click Update

*NOTE: If you have multiple subscription, each address must be updated separately.

Update payment method

  1. Click yellow Manage Subscription button
  2. Click Update payment method and send email.
  3. Go into your email and click the secure link to update your payment method.
