Subscription FAQs
Change or remove products
To update a product in your order:
- Under the product you want to update, click edit product.
- You can update quantity, swap, or remove the product.
To Add products:
- Click the yellow Manage subscription button
- Click add product
- Choose your new product and click continue.
- Select the quantity and click add product.
*Note: merchandise, gift cards, gift boxes, and Samples can not be added to subscription orders. To purchase these items, please place a separate one-time order.
Skip next order
- Click yellow Manage Subscription button
- Click Skip upcoming order
- Click Skip order
Change next delivery date
- Click yellow Manage Subscription button
- Click Update next delivery date
- Click the calendar and choose a new date
- Click update next delivery
Add a coupon code
- Under Subtotal, click Discount code.
- Enter your coupon code in the box.
- Click apply.
*NOTE: To use a loyalty coupon on your subscription, please send us your coupon code in the chat and we can update it for you.
Update shipping address
- Click yellow Manage Subscription button
- Click Update shipping address
- Edit your address, click Update
*NOTE: If you have multiple subscription, each address must be updated separately.
Update payment method
- Click yellow Manage Subscription button
- Click Update payment method and send email.
- Go into your email and click the secure link to update your payment method.
